> BigQuery target — Corrupt in-flight sync row

A sync row left in `IN_FLIGHT` state is missing its `range_low`/`range_high` bounds, so recovery
can't proceed.

**Fix** — manual intervention: inspect the sync table row for this pipe `id` and repair or clear the
in-flight state.
