# E2426

> Google PubSub target — Signal draft without a usable block

A signal route produced a draft whose `block.number` is missing, negative, or not an integer. Every
signal is attributed to a block so the go-live cut and the `finalized-only` check can be applied.

**Fix** — set `block` on the draft to the block the signal describes.
