> Google PubSub target — Fork reported under `assumeNoForks`

A chain fork arrived on a pipe that declared the dataset fork-free. Nothing was recorded to
compensate with, and the affected operations are already published.

**Fix** — remove `assumeNoForks`, and re-bootstrap the consumers of the affected topics.
